What the system catches
Every held invoice carries its reason in plain words, and it is clear who decides.
Invoice without a receipt
The goods were not confirmed at receiving, so the invoice waits.
Wrong price
The price differs from the order or the agreed price.
Wrong pack
The quantity is invoiced in a different pack or unit than was ordered.
Duplicate
The same invoice arrived twice, or is already in the ERP under the same number.
Wrong VAT rate
The VAT rate on the invoice does not match the article's rate.
Unknown article
The line is not yet linked to a hotel article, so it waits for confirmation.
